Chibswilfy Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd t/a Bolt-Cutter was incorporated in 2013 as a wholly owned Zimbabwean company. We are composed of highly experienced and skilled drivers and instructors who aspire to continue and grow the company in leaps and bounds.
